As a historically based Faire, the cast of the Virginia Renaissance Faire research their personaes and their life in 16th century England. This is a list of many of the books used by members of the Virginia Renaissance Faire during their research. Although the older books are out of print, check your local libraries. Some of these books may be available via inter-library loans with colleges or universities. In addition, some out of print books can be found using the book search function found in common search engines.
